palmIII contacts to iPaq3970

hi there... i have a huge problem I have some contacts on my palmIII and I would like to transfer them to my fathers iPaq thru infra port...
can I do it???

how can I send all the addresses together becos I wouldnt like to send them one by one... its just too much...
plz try to help me...

I think so. You will need a program called beamworks to do this, which theoretically lets you beam your contacts. It is designed for use with a windows CE device, but I assume it will work with PPC. Let me know how it works out.
