as all of you might know i was the moderator of quite of few
of the message boards.

i was not liked by some for my moderation practices and
that's okay. no hard feelings on my part. i hope that
all the help i was able to provide to my fellow board
members was exactly that, helpful.

i use to enjoy these boards a great deal but that has now
changed. like others, i will be moving along to what i hope
is a better site than what pdastreet has become. having a
seperate board for each pda was unique and what i liked
about pdastreet. that is all gone now. although i was invited
to moderate again i have chose not to.

for the most part, these boards had great members on them
like dr mud, pcmommy, nana (visor village treo 90 member)
visorspawn (another fellow moderator), there are so many
names to mention but you guys know who you are and
hopefully we will meet again on other boards at other sites.

it was great while it lasted and i'll miss you all.

regards from pdafan aka mindy (my name is not sheila much
to a few select members shock).

Of course a number of things changed since yesterday when pdafan wrote that.

The organization was messy. And so we made changes.

We are still fine-tuning it to make it easier to navigate *AND* to give each devices its own separate board.

It's like moving into a new house. It takes a while to figure out the best way to arrange the furniture.

I'm still hoping all the regulars will like the new place more than the old. Personally, I have been saving up some questions on my Palm that I was not able to get answered in the old forums. I think that once we have things arranged "just so" it will be much easier for everyone to get connected with answers. That is my goal, anyway.

The lack of a Classified section is still the most glaring omission.

I have several items that I want to start liquidating, but I would rather put them all in one unified Buy-Sell-Trade section, rather than posting them in their individual sections.

Otherwise, thanks for your hard work jumping around the board today and at least being a presence and trying to answer the users' questions and concerns.:)

Yep, we're planning on putting up a classified section soon as part of the fine tuning of the forum. Like Gus said, it's an ongoing process.
