Can't open Microsoft Exchange email

While I can log onto the internet with my Axim 5 using a CF modem, and I can log into the Microsoft Exhange server to access my office's Outlook, I can't seem to be able to actually open any emails. I can see them listed, and can highlight individual messages, but I can't make the email open up to read it. I've tried double tapping with stylus, pressing the scroll button, attaching a keyboard and pressing enter, etc., but nothing takes me past the point of highlighting an email. I've loaded all software and ROM updates, and have performed soft reset to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes How do you access this on your axim, what are the steps?

I too have an email (in my axim3) that I cannot delete it. The email is not found in Outlook, only in my axim. I tried everything possible but this email cannot be deleted - neither can it be accessed by tapping on it. It is a return from a system administrator telling me that it was an undeliverable email. This email is in my axim since 6/5/04. Anyone have an answer or suggestion please?
