Import CSV or Text

I am new at Palm. I have a file on a PC hard Drive converted form Visual Basic to a CSV format. It is basically a small spreadsheet with about seven columns and 50 rows. I can make the file in to just about any type of format using visual basic.

I need the easist way possible to import that file in to a readable format on Palm VII.
