How does one sync Voice Memos from the T3 to the PC?
Whenever I try to do so, I get the following message: The following record could not be synchronized to the device: Record ID 1994753. This record either references WAVE sound data that is not compatible with the handheld or the WAVE data cannot be accessed.
Voice Memo synchronization failed
I've already lost eight important audio recordings! It's so frustrating! Thanks in advance.

Check your directory structure to be certain you have the following:
C:\program files\palm\sr\voice memo\sounds
If you don't have this structure it might cause the error message your indicating. I'd also perform a soft reset with out any voice files at all on the handheld.

That path did not exist--there was no sr folder in C:\program files\palm\. I created those folders, but the sync still gave me the same error. Any other ideas?

Actually, the "sr" folder should be your hotsync ID, not necessarily sr.
I haven't seen that error with Voice Memos. I haven't had a problem with them syncing at all.
The only thing I can suggest is to:
1. Right click on the Hotsync manager in the system tray, and choose Custom. Change Voice Memo to Handheld overwrites Desktop (as long as you don't have any saved on the desktop) and see if that corrects the problem. If so, then you're probably safe to set it back to "Synchronize". Sometimes rebuilding the .dat files in Palm Desktop fixes conduit problems.
If that doesn't work, then:
2. Try reinstalling Palm Desktop. It could be that the conduit for Voice Memos is just flat broken.
