We need your help! WiKID Systems is looking for pilot customers/stress testers for our strong authentication & password reset solution. By combining strong asymmetric encryption and Internet-enabled devices (e.g. Blackberries, Palms, PocketPCs etc) to deliver one-time passcodes we have created a one-time password system that is much less expensive, much easier to implement and maintain, much more extensible than hardware-based tokens (SecurID/USB/etc) yet as secure.
To use WiKID, the user types their PIN in the software on their device, if the PIN is correct, the encryption valid and the account active, the WiKID server returns the OTP. The OTP can be used for remote VPN access - but we are also adding the ability to reset a LAN password reducing frequent & expensive helpdesk calls (and annoying if you're the guy that gets the call ).
We have a 1U WiKID appliance run from a web-interface. We can automate end-user set-up & validation based on existing LAN credentials. We support Radius, SSL, LDAP and JAAS on the back-end.
If you're interested, please let me know via e-mail at info at wikidsystems.com (spam protected) or even better at http://www.wikidsystems.com/contact.html . Let me know what devices you have. Pilot customers get a discount, of course.
