I got a Casio EM500 from my friend who got it in germany. And guess wat it is in German. Well any way is there a way to change the language from German to English

The language is built into the ROM.
No way of changing it unless you change the rom board.

It is possible to change menus and basic controls to english - you have to install a windows add-on software (that changes your keyboard layout and local settings. Try
