Where is the VoiceGuidanceBackup utility?

R3 release notes mention a separately downloadable utility called "VoiceGuidanceBackup" to back up Betty/Elizabeth/Nicole/Heidi's prompts to the SD card. I can't seem to find it anywhere though. Or am I just clueless as usual??

The docs say "available for download separately".

I would guess it hasn't been uploaded yet, but should show up on the right of the download screen when available.
