I am running font machine and have added a number of fonts successfully through this. However, they only appear when the printer is not set to Print Via PC. Sympls solution is to, using PsiWin, Print Options to install the same fonts and then you can see all the installed fonts in the Print Via PC print driver.

Only, I have just added some additional fonts and they have not appeared, even after a reset. The only file I can see as being updated is the c:\system\Printers\WinPrint.pdr. This file does not exist in the D drive. There is also a WinPrins.pdr file in the directory that is old.

Anybody have any suggestions?

did you try the "set print to fax" option?

Eric Lindsay has the following tip on his website:

Put the font.gdr file into c:\System\Fonts folder. Do soft reset. The new font will appear in the font list. To unistall, rename the Fonts folder. Delete from it the file your_user_font.gdr Rename the folder to Fonts, and then soft reset.

Thanks guys, however, both responses are for Fonts loaded to the machine and not the production of the Print Via PC printer driver that contains the information of the fonts that can be selected and printed via the PC.

Any other idear?
