synchronization error

1) When I sync my e125 to activesync 3.5 I am able to connect but then get a synchronization error and cannot sync outlook etc.

Please help.

2) I can only explore when zonealarm is turned off, is their a setting I am missing?

Hi Mark!
Try downlaoding the latest AS 3.5 cos there were some problems with the previous version. The latest build should be 12007. You can check you version under the Help..About AS 3.5 tab.
I suggest you go through the Zonealarm program settings and check mark the security features for the software associated with A 3.5...namely ActiveSync Application, Application Manager & Connection Manager.
Try it & see if it works....I'm running E-125 with ZoneAlarm & it works fine since day one.
You may also want to consider updating your ZoneAlarm to the latest version.
