Hi there, folks! Here's my question: I own both a Palm Vx and a Newton MessagePad 100, both donning IrDAs. Can I make them transfer data BETWEEN THEM? That is, no "Palm Desktop"'s or "Newton Connectivity Pack"'s addons (which I am aware to exist), but directly between the gadgets, infrared window-to-infrared window? To do so, I know that either a .PRC for the Palm is required, to translate the info to the Newton (or viceversa, with a package for the Apple beast) or to have a knowledge about the format of both the Newton and the Palm data, and make with that a .PRC of its own that can do the job. No big deal for PocketC.
This particular requirement triggered in front of me when the floppy drive of my PowerBook 1400c got broken apart, and so I was unable to transfer any more data between it and my Newton, thinking of the Palm as some sort of "bridge" between my desktop PC and the Newt. Any suggestions, or ideas?
