Highlite line that shows my route disappeared

All of a sudden the highlited line that shows my route when on the map screen mode has disappeared. What causes this? It makes navigation much more difficult. Is there a setting I am overlooking to get it back?

If you mean the entire navigating route disappearing, mine does that when there are several changes it must make becuase I don't stay on the route. It seems that it gives up trying to correct my course and recaculate a new route.

If you are talking about the path you already took disappearing and the course to take is still there, that seems to be normal since it had to do a recalculation from where you were when you got off route (or it thought you got off route due to road changes since the map was made).

If you mean that it disappears at different zoom levels, that can be changed in the GPS Property page.

Course Line is the purple line that shows where you are supposed to go.
Track Log is the nearly invisible line that shows where you've been.

Thanks! That was it. Somehow the course line was set to 120 ft instead of auto. Not sure how that happened, but the problem is now fixed with course line showing up at all zoom levels when it is set to the auto setting.
