iQue Crash during voice guidance

All,
Recently I have lots of crashes when I am using iQue voice guidance (it happens both before and after installing R3). It happens just after voice guidance, for example, "Turn left after 0.3 mile" and at end of the announce, iQue crashes, and I have to soft reset it. I then move the small map into RAM, and it still crash....

Anyone knows what wrong with my iQue? Thanks for helping..

When you say it crashes, do you mean it locks up and nothing responds? I suppose my initial thought would be to wipe out the maps you've got installed and the voice files and reload them from scratch using the install cd.

Basically, my iQue screen turn to black, and not response to any button or screen (not even power button), then I have to soft reset to bring the screen back.

Yes, I am planning to reinstall the map and voice files from CD. The question is how to wipe out the map and voice file? I am thinking to use FileZ to delete all 119 voice files and 2 maps (both basemap and detail) in my RAM. Is that what you mean? Thanks
