Using Sprint PCS / Treo 600
I posted this in another site (got a bit lost..) but here goes here I hope someone can help us with some good suggestions and or sites.
We just got our T600 and we use XP Pro, and Office 2003 Premium and naturally (for whatever reason is beyond our reasoning) the hotsynch does not include emails! *argh!*
We have several POP3 accounts at different ISPs and we need a means to be able to synch the entire outlook 2003 including all the emails/attachments etc.
The user needs to be able while using the T600 to receive/send emails and then when at the PC be able to synch accordingly.
From what we have seen with Sprint's BizConnection thing - and the information is at best "incomplete" the model is a web server where the server stores everything and the T600 accesses the sprint BC server and the server then fetches whatever is on a persons PC - we have no need for this, nor any desire to be storing confidential docs on an external server. Top it off, Sprint says POP3s work, but Seven (the BC-PE) says nope.
Really need a I guess a much better means to fully synch the entire outlook 2003 with the emails/sub folders, etc etc. And like mentioned be able to create/send/receive emails be they in HTML or plain text format with/without attachments.
Really need to get the email going. HandSpring's PDAs this was a breeze, but now... very frustrated.
