I have a HP ZE4560 laptop with Windows XP. AOL is my ISP. I have the Kyocera 6035 smartphone, which I love. My problem is this.....I have the data cable and when I try to use the 6035 as a cellular modem with my laptop, my computer recognizes the 6035 as a viable modem, however; AOL does not detect the modem either through expert setup or the auto detect!!!!
I am running AOL 8.0, I know the cellular phone works as a modem because I have used it to fax info, so if anyone can help me to get this to work I would be much obliged. The useless morons at AOL told me they don't support this setup and if I could get it to work great, otherwise oh well.
