docs to go

AND, I have tried several times to use Docs to go. I open the program on my computer, add the file (tried several types) and then sync. Docs to go on 515 shows no documents to open. Again, any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong.

Docs to go can only be loaded on one PC. If there is a serial number mismatch it warns you the first time and then just fails to load any time you sync. Check your log and see what message it is telling you regarding Docs to Go.
