Is there a shortcut for time & date stamp while in memo or other text applications? The manual infers this but I can't get it to work. Cut / Paste works [ctl X, ctl V]

You need to make the standing alpha shortcut symbol and the graffitti "dts." You can make your own shortcut phrases by going to Shortcuts under Preferences.
