I've just installed Fugawi UK. I've had to beat it around to get it to transfer colour maps (installing the demo version of Fugawi 3 from fugawi.de fixed this bug) and now they appear fine on the iQue.
However, when the iQue gets a GPS fix, it does not appear in the Fugawi application. It is working fine in the in-built mapping etc.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get this to work?
I'm using the latest desktop app - 310473 and have 01.02.05 on the iQue.
I'm at a loss!
Thanks for any help

That desktop app is the latest only for Fugawi UK. The rest is .557
In Fugawi GPS prefs Baud rate 4800 Port number 0
You might have locked it with trying to enable BT. Press clear BT also.
Cetus:
Prefs: Serial port Ique baud rate 4800

Thanks, Jonas.
I've checked that the settings are port 0, baud 4800.
I'm not sure what you mean by clearing BT?
It's still not getting a fix in Fugawi UK. I believe that 3.10.473 should be iQue compatible.
Do you have any other ideas?
Thanks

After working with the IQue today I have discovered that the conflict is with the Speed program. When the Speed program is enabled then Fugawi will not get a fix. Disable Speed program and Fugawi works. I have sent a email to the programer of Speed.
The problem that I was having with Cetus GpS was my fault. I downloaded the 1.1 version instead of the beta. All is fine now.
One lesson that I have learned is to load one program at a time and make sure everthing works before loading another.

Great discovery!
I deleted the Speed application and it's all working fine now. MAy try to reinstall to see at what point it breaks again, but not tonight!

Good to hear that you had the same results. Hope the programer can find a fix. I have not deleted Speed but I have it disabled.

City Select and other proprietary internal mapping sw can use the GPS at the same time as an external app such as Fugawi does it. But I sincerely doubt that several apps could run simultaneously using the same comm port.
