I need help about ipaq3870 audio?Please help me

:( I made a rom update which called euu 2 end user update version 2) everything worked well pocket explorer problems disappear but I lost every detailed adjustment setting in settings screen such that compaq audio backup utility permanent pim etc.
I am desperately seeking help.Why it is so? It was official it worked perfect but it made my ipaq something strange!.
Sound is flat now there are no bass no treble I need them so much.

Is there any way to load those applications again? Do you know anything about it? please help.

The ROM upgrade wipes everything not on removable media including the registry; you basically have a new device. You have to re-customize your applications.

While I was desperately playing with ipaq all system setings appeared. I dont know how could it be happened but they are here.
