Will not "set as default"

Now this may seem a little strange, however, I have an issue with my m500.

The HotSync software on my computer is not saving under the "save as Default" when i go into Hotsync, custom, change, check set as default, done...

I will not save any set as default checks... though this seems like a little hiccup in the program i am not able to download e-mails...

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

When you go into HotSync Manager/Custom/Change the default check is removed from the Default check box. Its a bit of a shell game. Try going to Custom and clicking on "DEFAULT" then from here go to the conduits you want to change the default on and putting them right. Change the type of sync then set default. Close out and then come back into Custom and click on default to see if the settings are retained.
