Mobilon HC-4600

Hi, I just bought a Sharp Mobilon HC-4600 Pocket PC On ebay, and I was wondering how I can surf the net on it using a cell phone. Do I need a PCMCIA card modem, or just a cable? And 1 more thing, it seems that it is not dectecting that the touch screen, as it only works sometimes. And 1 last question, did I go wrong for $45.05 with shipping for one that the touch screen does not work on, and no cables or software??
