Disappearing Waypoints

When "route to" has been completed and then I start adding waypoints to adjust the route to my desires, some waypoints are disappearing before I finalize selection for the whole route. I have done other routes prior to this and had no problems. This problem has just started to appear. Has anyone experienced a similar event and is there a solution to the problem? Thanks

Are you saying the waypoints are disappearing from your address book or that the vias are disappearing from you route?

I started a thread on this same issue some time ago - didn't get much of a response that was helpful. Although my problem has not been solvfed, its nice to know that someone else has the same problem!

I use the Franklin Covey software to manage my addresses, to do list and so forth. Since the ique stores waypoints as addresses, I believe the Frankloin Covey software trashes the waypoint lat/lon when it hotsyncs. I don't think the Franklin Covey address allows for a lat/lon on the address.

Are you using a similar package?

I want to know if I can keep my waypoints seperate from my addresses.

doodah: Waypoints disappear from the EDIT VIAS screen. Not all disappear, only a few but enough to have the route planning not be as per my desire.

crowls: I don't use any other programs, only what was provided with the iQue software.

I'm in Hancock, just a few hours from Duluth. We've only had about 250 inches of snow this year - a long way from the 350 inch record. We did set a new record for January -110 inches.

In your case I don't know what is happening to your waypoints. I didn't get any answer from my previous thread.
