I forgot how to backup my Psion 3A to my Mac with OP 9.1. I have McLink and PsionLink installed. I also have a 3 Link cable that connects with the serial port. Can I download a manual somewhere? Any suggestions? Can I get my address data somehow into Outlook or Entourage or the Palm software? Any suggestions welcome!

Hello, I just printed up a pdf file from the following Psion web site,
http://www.psion.com
You may need to register and you won't be able to download the manuals, just print them up. My question to you is this; would you like to trade a copy of the downloaded Psion manual for a copy of your Mac software? I have a 3A that had ALL my address, contact, you name it info and before I could get the cable to hook it up to my Mac 8500 (running OS 9.1 with a G3 daughter card), the 3A crashed and I almost threw it out. 6 years later I came across it and threw some good batteries in it, and it started right up after performing a soft restart (zapped all info that might have been on the HD) Anyway, I received a cable that hookes to the serial port of my Mac and I got some software but it doesn't seem to work. I think I'm looking for PsiMac and MacConnect. That's what this printout says. Do you have either and would you like to trade?

If you have Acrobat Reader installed and just left click the link, it will be opened in the application.

Hi, I don't know how this works. I don't have the actual discs of the software, it's on my desktop without installer. I don't know whether that is helpful to anyone?

As Mike has just said Cassis, browse to www.psion.com/myPsion, and you can go and get a copy of the manual for yourself.

For anyone else trying to connect their Psion to a Mac, there are a bunch of resources at my website - URL below.
