plam pilot profsioanl doesnt display anything

when i turn on ym palm pilot professional they blue light just appears and nothing else. iva tryed pressing th buttons, it doesnt do anythin, try change the screen contrast but it does nothing please help

Do a hard reset.

A search on these forums would tell you how. Or, write to Palm.

The ribbon cable that connects the screen to the mother board is internally next to the slot that the stylus moves up and down in. The cable may be loose. Take the four screws out of the back, pry the back off while the palm lays face down on a towel. You will see the ribbon cable....push it toight to the mother board. Reinstall the batteries and see if the screen works.
