VIIx, how do you surf the web and who gives you access?

I am looking at the VIIx on tiger direct. Just wondering how the wireless webstuff works and how much it is? I live in houston if that helps.


What about the non-wireless internet ready palms? I have road runner so would I have to get an ISP just for my palm?
