Tiny Flash Memory Cards Make Splash at CeBIT

Memory cards continue to shrink. At CeBIT SanDisk and Lexar Media introduced miniSD, a format half the size of standard SD cards. In addtion, SanDisk unveiled plans for half-size MultiMediaCards and Memory Sticks.
