Check eBay. I don't know about the others, but the m130 is no longer in production & not being sold in stores anymore(as far as I know).

Hi... I traded an AMD Athlon 2600/333 for a palm m130 and Athlon 2000/266 about a month ago - to me that was a good trade until my friend didn't send me the software and application disk... now I'm kinda wondering about it...

The Palm Vx can be found at Tigerdirect for I believe $78.00 and at overstock.com for $99. Bothe are refurbished by Palm with a 90 day warranty.
On eBay the Vx often sells used for under $50.00. The older Vxs generally suffer from digitizer problems and weak batteries.
