I am a palm Vx user and use a Vx modem to connect to the internet while traveling.
How do I hotsync while connected to the internet without dialing long-distance into my PC. I would like to sync some custom applications and my date book.
Is there any way to sync to a remote PC without Hot Sync but directly to an application from the PDA.
Please help
Regards

There have been a number of companies that offered to provide you with an internet home for your Palm calendar, contacts etc. but to the best of my knowledge they are all out of business.
It is my understanding that Yahoo offers a similar service for Palm Calendar sync but I have seen a lot of complaints about the software.

There is a service/product listed on the cesinc.com website that may be of interest to you. It only works if your PC has a broadband connection. It sounds fantastic even thought it is not the remote HotSYnc you were seeking. Check it out!
