import address.dat into palm desktop 4.0.1?

I have a address.dat file from palm desktop 3.x and I need to import the data into my new palm desktop 4.0.1. does anyone know how to import it? (when I go to file-import, it only allows me to search for .dba files to import)

I have come close to this problem but avioded it. It seems that Palm should have a simple way to accomplish this. I would email their tech support. Or check their knowledge base.
If all else fails you will need to go back to the earlier Desktop and "export" your info as a dba then import it.
