windows tools to initiate hotsync

Are there any windows tools out there
that will kick off a hotsync operation?

I've looked at syncnow and gosync,
but they don't allow me to kick off a
sync from windows.

I would like to run a sync from a batch
tool if possible. Please reply to drota@rational.com
