Ipaq 3765 Need Some Help with MS WORD

Hello everyone, I just purchased a Ipaq 3765 with pocket pc 2002. The problem I am having is when typing a file on MS WORD on my desktop I can't tranfer it to my Ipaq via sync. It gives me an error message "the converter requires a more recent msconv97.dll" Can anyone tell me whats going on......

Since Outlook 2002 is provided with Active Sync on the iPAQ CD, the problem might be solved by upgrading you MS Word to at least Word 2000 (Office 2000).

You might look into using a Microsoft Word converter program:

Another option would be to cut and paste your Word 97 documents into a Note which will be synced to the iPAQ.

Two things. This sounds like it's just a file that got messed up so first try reinstalling activesync. Then try reinstalling word.
