I just bought a Palm Vx and am looking for a website that teaches me everything I need to know about them. I am brand new to handhelds and am becoming overwhelmed with some of the terms I am seeing (hackmaster, hacks, etc).

Anyone?

Thanks,

- Mark

Well, just regularly checking the forums here is a good idea. Also, palmgear.com has calvin's faqs which are also a good source of info.

I agree - forums are definitely a great place to learn the tricks of the trade.

Since you're new to using Palm handhelds, here's a few helpful links I found on the web:

http://www.tassell.co.uk/palm.htm

http://pbrain.hypermart.net/basics.html

The second link is a very helpful links page, lots of good information. If you'd like to shell out a few bucks for a book, there's some recommendations there as well.

I'm also a subscriber to Handheld Computing Magazine, which is another good mechanism for finding out stuff.

https://www.pdabuzz.com/SubscriberCenter/index.php

Hope that helps! Welcome to Palm world!

Donīt forget to visit http://handango.com/

According to me is one of the best.

I truly recommend you to try to focus your interest and download the programs one by one, in that way you can feel the power of the different applications that are developed until now.

Good luck !!!
