Some time back I stumbled upon a free program that would rotate my PPC themes on my Ipaq. I unloaded this program when I started experimenting (as we're prone to do...) and now I can't find it again on my PC anywhere in storage.
Anyone have any idea of where to find this program or a similar one?
Update: Found it again!!...It was an MS powertoy!!
Sometimes I feel so ...(insert your own adjective)

This is a qoute from my best freeware thread.
had this one for a long while. It is a great little today plugin (not to slow either) that lets you save tons of ram by storing today themes in your memory cards and switch them from the today screen. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/pocketpc/msthemegen.html

You can just use the one that you can download from Microsoft's website (search this forum for there is more than one reference to the url). Not only does it have a theme switcher, but also theme creators. I use that on a monthly basis to update the themes I create using pics of my family.

Theme creator is great, but Theam Switcher frquently hangs up while changing themes. It is awful!

If you followed the directions and did a soft reset after installation, it will not hang. Reinstall and do a soft reset. It will not hang.

I did follow instructions and I did do a soft reset. I re-installed and did it all again.
The problem seems to be when the themes are on the storage card, which I thought this was supposed to support. It seems to be working okay now that I have moved the themes to the main memory.
Wonder if it was because I had them in a seperate folder on the storage card?

A lot of my apps hang, and those are on the storage card: I think it's just the slow response between the card and the Ipaq. I just deal with it, and make it a habit to soft reset often.

Thats odd, I had no problems with it finding files on my memory cards and I bury them pretty deep. (four folders I think something like Storage card>my docs> today> any of three folders here.)
