I swear- it seems like I have a new issue every day with this thing. Now, RealPlayer is not recognizing some of the songs on my card. I use a card reader to put music on it, and sometimes when I add a new song, it won't show up when I try to play it. But it IS on the card, b/c it shows up on my comp when I put the card in the card reader. What's going on here?

I assume you are adding the files to the correct folder for RealPlayer to find them.
I have had a similar situation on my T3 and have not resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Sadly I have spent more time loading tunes to a card than I have spent listening. No time for tunes at work!

It's so wierd how it happens- I'll move a big group of songs to the card w/the reader, and they'll play just fine. But then if I try to add any more after that, they won't show up. Like if I don't put them in w/the original group, it won't recognize them. But if I use Realplayer to import music, everything works.

Reading your last post I was reminded that I had loaded tunes on a 64mg Panasonic SD card. Not too much space! I played them with AREO Player and with REAL just to see if there were any differences in the quality of the players. Both saw the files and played them just fine. A few days later I put the Panasonic card back in, no changes were made in between, and REAL could not find the files. Sounds like your situation.
Aero Player was still able to see and play the files. This may be an issue to take to the REALPlayer tech support folks.

I figured out what it was- if I use a card reader to put music on the card, I have to install the mp3s to the audio folder on the card.... DUH!!! God I am a dunce sometimes.
