Windows XP Compatability

I have a psion revo plus and am unable 2 transfer my files to my computer(running win xp). this forces me to use my psion as a standalone device. i have already tried visiting psion's website but they do not offer anything to help. when i e-mailed them, i got no response. HELP!!! :(

Quick reply - short on time just at the moment. The essential first step here is to ensure that you are running PsiWin 2.3.3 if you are working with WinXP. If you installed PsiWin from the CD with your Revo, then it's almost certainly an earlier version.
