My wife and I each have our own Clie, email account, and Outlook Express email identity (profile). Ideally, when we Hotsync the Clie, the mail sync box pops up asking which Outlook Express identity we'd like to sync to. But even though we pick the right one, the emails seem to "cross" - that is, sometimes I get her email and sometimes she gets mine though we clearly pick our own identities. Anyone know what's wrong?

As far as I can tell on the Hotsync options, there is no way to automatically link the Palm userid with the Outlook Express identity. You just have to pick it when Hotsyncing.

A little more insight into this - I was playing last night and realized that the mail Hotsync was causing this. Without Hotsyncing, OE6 is working fine - I don't get her emails and she doesn't get mine. But when I Hotsync with my email "active" - it will download my new emails, upload any Outbox items from my Clie to my PC, and then - this baffles me - it will upload the new emails onto my wife's OE6 account!! I even tried to put a password on her identity so that it would at least need to ask me for that password before uploading. But no dice! It just uploaded right into her account! I have no idea why!
