DspHandlerLoader Causes Fatal Exception

This patch causes a fatal exception on my T665C :

I downloaded DspHandlerLoader.prc from Sony,
installed it on my Clie T665C .
and got only Fatal Exceptions with each reset.

I tried hard reset/Hot Sync, and had the same problem;
when I deleted this file from M/Backups,
AOK.

I'm using TealMaster with TealLaunch and NoKeyboard Hack,
but I tried turning off hacks, and had the same problem.

I also have a 128MB Lexar Memory Stick in the Clie.

Should I just forget this? How do I report it to SONY
(I can't find a feedback link on the support page,
which makes me wonder how they acculumate
their FAQs).
