Image resizing

Does anyone know of any free image resizing software for the PPC? I have a new digital camera that takes 2 mPixel images onto SD, and want to email some of them from my Ipaq via the mobile phone (ePostcards!). I want to reduce their size before emailling, otherwise the mobile phone network will crash! I know I could take them at a lower resolution but I want the high res for printing purposes, so want to post-process them on the Ipaq. I don't need a full image editting suite though.

Any ideas anyone?
