I just got my Palm Modem Connectivity Kit for my Palm 505 and can not access web clippings through AOL. I am unable to access AOL 2.0. When I dial up AOL directly to access web clipping I keep getting "Error: authentication failure (0x1233)". Palm told me to contact AOL, AOL could not help me they were clueless to correcting the problem. I am frustrated, cuz I have been in constant comunique with AOL and Palm for over a month and still no access to AOL on my Palm 505. I am an AOL subscriber too. I have gotten to the point of researching someone to actually service my Palm.. in DC. I have called Office Depot, Staples and some other private IT companies....Office Depot and Staples stated that they do not service Palms..... I need someone to do this or a solution to my problem. I am desparate to make this work. Please email me suggestions or persons preferably in the DC area that can service my Palm. God knows if anyone knows somebody that works at AOL in Virginia.... Please God, give me contact info.... Thanks to anyone that can help me.
