Oh god, I'm screwed... Okay, heres the problem. I had to do a hard reset, and lucky a made a backup, but when I try to restore, IT CAN'T. "Invalic backup file" GAAH! HELP! Whats going on?

Make sure you set the Region setting and Time Zone same as before then do a restore.

Another alternative is to just start fresh, delete the old partnership, create a new one, sync your information from desktop's outlook, reinstall applications via activesync add/remove programs(you can install them all in 1 step) and if you need any particular files from the backup use this backup reader to extract them.
