Today I turned on my Ipaq H5555 and got a message that says "please do a FULL REST. Refer to User Manual if necessary."

ANy reason why this occured? My H3850 never did that. I assune this is a hard reset where I will lose all my data. Luckily after doing a soft reset I could sync with my PC but I can't get to anything. Will I still be able to BACK UP data to reload?

A long shot, but try remove the battery for a few seconds then put it back then soft-reset a few times, hopefully that will fix everything.
