I have a IBM workpad c3 that is set in German. How do I go about swithing it to English?

Your best approach is to purchase the Palm OS 4.1 upgrade CD direct form Palm. I think it is $20 till the end of this month. Reflash the C3's OS with the PalmVx_eng_Flashtool.
