When I hot sync, almost immediately I see "Hot Sync Completed" but, of course, it's not! No errors, and the log shows that it was successful. Any ideas? Thanks!

Are you syncing to the Palm Desktop or Outlook?

MY first recomendation if your answer is the "Palm Desktop" is that you uninstall the Palm Desktop and reinstall. If you are not using the latest Desktop I suggest you go to Palm.com software and download the free upgrade.
