hai,
i have a netbook pro for testing purposes and wanted to do a hard reset in order to get rid of an ethernet-driver (delete / uninstall did not work). so i removed the ethernet-card and all batteries (backup and main). after 2 minutes i put the batteries back, switched it on, passed the boot-screen - and was very surprised to see that the ethernet driver & the ethernet-connection still were there. the so-called hard reset just deleted the time-set and all files in the temp-folder. this is pretty strange. does anybody know how to do a real hard reset?
greetings,
oliver
