Wallpaper

As you can tell from the posts that I am sending, I am new to the Treo. If set up a photo as my wallpaper or screen paper, I can't seem to get to the phone screen. What am I missing?

This is a feature of the Treo that is somewhat confusing but it's the way that the wallpaper feature works.

There are 4 things you can do:

1. Delete the wallpaper via the Treo Pictures app.
2. At the phone screen tap menu then choose options and change the display preferences setting to show the dial pad instead of the wallpaper.
3. At the phone screen tap menu then choose views and then select dial pad.
4. At the Phone screen use the number keys (when at the phone screen they are already to use) on the keyboard to start dialing the number. The numbers will scroll across the top and then you can hit dial on screen or by the center button.
