Tmobile pocketpc upgrade

I just got a Tmobile Pocketpc. It has 2002 ver. on it.
I want to upgrade to 2003 second edition.
Can I do this..... plus where do I get the upgrade....
The page on the Tmobile site is always unavaliable.

I did a view source on the page that kept saying download service is unavailable and found this direct link;

It may be what you are looking for, but i think it's regular wm2003 not 2nd edtion.
There's also this link but they commented it out, it may be an older version;

Thanks....but I don't believe those are the second editions versions....
I think Tmobile ran into some 'bugs' so they withdrew it.
However...I 've talked to people who have trhe 'buggie' ver... and they saw it works ok....
I'd like to try it and see how it works...if I can find a copy.
(T-mobile said it may be Sept. before they release an unbugged ver.)
