Installing .prc extentions

I was wondering if a extention of ".prc" is an installable program for CE 2003 and if it is, where do I put it?

I think .PRC ("Palm ResourCe") is resource-database files which can contain both code and resource records for PALM platform not pocketpc. It can also be e-book format for many platforms, Mobipocket's selling e-books in this format and has reader for pocketpc.
