which is the best version of opera to download for the series 5 (8mb)? On there download page there is the usual and then a cautionary note regarding the series 5 classic and a recomendation to install version 3.62?

Stick to the suggestion on the Operatic website and install the earlier version. There seem to be problems with the later version on a Series 5. Send any complaints to Joe Green (aka Guiseppe Verdi).
