pocket pc 2002 and nokia 7650

I own a Toshiba E310 and a nokia 7650. With my other phone, nokia 8310, i can send contacts and sms to nokia 8310 through IR. The problem is, i can't seem to send anything to Nokia 7650, it is recognized but always failed, from sending a simple contact (vcard) to sending jpg files. Backward, from 7650 to E310, seem to work fine though...is the E310 or PocketPc2002 incompatible with nokia 7650 ? is it a problem with SyncML ? does anyone have a solution ?
