Which part are you having trouble with, Cleaner program or .NET framework? Are you trying to open it on the desktop or pocketpc? And what is the error message?
the .net framework I have installed fine, however the cleaner when I click on it to install says, the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on ok to terminate the application. I tried copying and pasting it to my PPC and it says it is not a recongnized file, I assume it is the kind that you double click on your desktop when the PPC is hooked up and it installs from your comp.

It's actually a self-extracted (sfx archive) files, there are setup.exe and cab file and a few other in it. I'm not sure why it give the error, i'm assuming that you have activesync install and running and ipaq connected when you run it.
A workaround is to install winrar on the desktop;
http://www.rarlab.com/
Then right click on the file you downloaded (ie. CleanerPPC_ARM_2003.exe) and extract the content to a folder on the desktop then copy the cab (ie. Cleaner_PPC.ARMV4.CAB) file to the ipaq, then from file explorer on the ipaq browse to location you copy to and click it to install.
you are a genius answerdude! Thank you so much! Now shouold I make the cleaner clean all of the components?
1.Temp Files
2.Profiles?cookies?history/cache
3.backup/log files
4.recent registry files
5.avantgo cache
6.load from XML clean
should I click on all of them and let it clean all of them or is there some I should leave unchecked and uncleaned? Also, now that I got this to work would there be any reason for me to buy space reclaimer, this does the same thing right?

You can backup the ipaq (just to be safe) and select all the options. You can also try 1 option at a time and see which area take up the most wasted space so you only need to clean that area in the future.
If this program works well for you, i don't think you need commercial softwares, they can provides more options and features but unlikely to gain you any substantial spaces.
